e-Office suite has 3 layers software architecture. The 1st Layer consists of a Content Repository with high availability replication enabling e-Office to receive and store any type of files and RDBMS database for keeping metadata information. The 2nd layer consists of micro services for integration with external system such as BPM,
Email Server, FTP, and other system. With Micro Service concept, e-Office can be customised easily without modifying the entire system. The last layer is a web application as the User Interface between users and eOffice Suite.
e-Office suite has 2 solutions: on-premises and on-cloud. With e-Office on-premise solution, you will have one-time perpetual licenses with unlimited users and just need to spend annual maintenance services (optional).
Our e-Office on-Cloud solution will charge you only based on the number of users that will be using the suite in monthly basis without the need to buy a perpetual license.
